I have travelled to many places and can honestly say that this was one of the best holidays I’ve ever had! Obviously it helped that all the family were together but the accommodation was absolutely fantastic and I shall definitely be recommending it to my side of the family and other people – Everything met expectations and beyond, Many Many Thanks! Pennance and Tresooth are situated in South Cornwall and Carnebo and Trevarren in North Cornwall, so where ever your desired location we can put you there.
But above all this it's the outstanding facilities offered at each place that our customers enjoy the most, outdoor heated swimming pools, BBQ areas, Jaccuzzi, Childrens Play areas and we also welcome dogs so you can relax and enjoy your holiday with the whole family!

The Cottages
The Tresooth cottages are the perfect Cornish destination for you and your family. Situated a mile from the quaint Cornish village of Mawnan Smith and three miles from the large sea faring town of Falmouth, set around a picturesque harbour offering a stunning array of restaurants and shops.
Pennance barns is a delightful development of seven attractive old stone barns and three new houses set in an idyllic rural surrounding in the beautiful Cornish countryside, perfectly placed with direct access to the well known Falmouth golf course. The buzzing port of Falmouth is only two miles away with harbours, marinas, shops, cafés and restaurants; it also boasts the national maritime museum. There are regular ferry services to St. Mawes or scenic boat trips along the coast.

Carnebo Barns are situated one mile from the small village of Goonhavern with a shop and family pub. Just a short drive away from the lovely holiday village of Perranporth you can visit its interesting gift shops, miles of sandy beaches with dunes, and its variety of pubs and restaurants. Newquay, which is home to the world famous Fistral beach is just a few miles away, with family beaches, shops, bars and restaurants.
Trevarren Woolas is located in a great position to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. This large quaint detached cottage has been carefully restored to create a spacious well designed home. Its enclosed gardens and patio area provide a lovely setting for morning coffee or an afternoon BBQ. The property has plenty of room for a family holiday with the Grandparents and it’s cosy feel creates a warming atmosphere for a romantic couples getaway.
Our cottages are open all year round and winter can be a special time to visit Cornwall, the roads are quiet, the surf is at it’s best and there are still many fantastic events and attractions open to keep you busy.
