• What is included in the cost?

    The cottage, gas, electric, bed linen, towels and full use of the facilities are included.

  • Do we pay for extra cleaning?

    Your accommodation is cleaned weekly and we provide each cottage with a vacuum cleaner and other basic cleaning items. However, if you would like a more frequent cleaning service this can be arranged at an extra cost. Please contact us to arrange this.

  • Are heating and power included?


  • Is Wi-Fi available and if so is it free?

    We can provide a dongle at our Carnebo Barns. However, the internet can be intermittent due to our location. We would not recommended our cottages or yurts if you are reliant on the internet and wifi.

  • Are bed linen and towels provided?

    Yes, beds are made up for your arrival and 1 x bath towel and 1 x hand towel are provided per person are provided (Please bring your own towels for the swimming pool and beach).

  • Are cots and high chairs provided?

    Yes, we can provided both upon request at the time of booking at no extra cost.

  • What can we expect from our holiday cottage?

    Upon arrival you will find a clean, fully equipped, modernised cottage with all the usual home comforts. You will also find lots of outdoor space and facilities for you to enjoy.

  • Can we bring extra guests?

    The number of guests must be confirmed at time of booking. Any changes to this must be agreed with us prior to arrival. Unfortunately we cannot over accommodate at any time in any cottage or yurt.

  • What are the arrival and departure times?

    Flexible arrival begins from 3.00pm and departure is 10.00am.

  • Can we bring our pet?

    Yes, we welcome up to two pets free of charge. If you are wanting to bring a third pet you will need to contact us direct, upon approval from the reservations team there will be a small fee of £25 per pet for additional cleaning costs. Please mention this at time of booking as not all of our barns allow pets.

  • Can I get Country View Cottage vouchers as a gift for someone?

    Of course, please contact Emma or Jodie in the office who will be happy to help.

  • What can I do if I have a complaint?

    In the unlikely event that you wish to make a complaint. Please contact the office immediately so it can be dealt with. Unfortunately compensation will not be given after your departure if no complaint has been received. This is clearly stated in our terms and conditions which are agreed to at the time of booking.

  • How can I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

    To unsubscribe simply click on the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the top of any communications.

  • Where am I permitted to smoke?

    All of our cottages are non-smoking, there are however areas and seating outside where smoking is permitted.

  • Emergency & useful numbers?

    Each cottage contains a welcome book where you will find some information on the cottage and complex. There is also local information and emergency numbers. We will also email a full information pack.

  • Do I need cancellation insurance and do you offer it?

    We recommend that you take out insurance. Most high street insurers will provide it. This is not something that we offer.

  • What if we need to change our booking?

    Where possible and if available we will let you change your booking to another date or cottage. Please be aware however that there could be a difference in price
