  • What is included in the cost?

    Within the price, all gas, electric, bed linen, towels and full use of the facilities are included.

  • Do we pay for extra cleaning?

    Your accommodation is cleaned ready for your arrival and we provide each cottage with basic cleaning items. However, if you would like a more frequent cleaning service this can be arranged at an extra cost. Please contact us for further details.

  • Are heating and power included?

    Yes, we do not charge you anything additional.

  • Is Wi-Fi available and if so is it free?

    We can provide a dongle at our Carnebo Barns. However, the internet can be intermittent due to our location. We would not recommended our cottages if you are heavily reliant on the internet and wifi. The Lodges are currently internet free, escape and enjoy some downtime!

  • Are bed linen and towels provided?

    Yes, beds are made up for your arrival and 1 x bath towel and 1 x hand towel are provided per person are provided (Please bring your own towels for the swimming pool and beach).

  • Are cots and high chairs provided?

    Yes, we can provided both upon request at the time of booking at no extra cost.

  • What can we expect from our holiday PROPERTY?

    Upon arrival you will find a clean, fully equipped property with all the usual home comforts. You will also find lots of outdoor space and facilities for you to enjoy. If you require something additional, please request it, we are happy to assist!

  • Can we bring extra guests?

    The number of guests must be confirmed at time of booking. Any changes to this must be agreed with us prior to arrival. As the facilities are shared with other guests on-site, we unfortunately do not permit other people to join you onsite to use the facilities.

  • What are the arrival and departure times?

    Flexible arrival begins from 3.00pm and departure is 10.00am.

  • Can we bring our pet?

    Yes, we welcome up to two pets free of charge. If you are wanting to bring an additional pet you will need to contact us direct, upon approval from the reservations team there will be a small fee of £25 per pet for additional cleaning costs.

  • Can I get Country View Cottage vouchers as a gift for someone?

    Of course, please contact Emma in the office who will be happy to help.

  • What can I do if I have a complaint?

    In the unlikely event that you wish to make a complaint. Please contact the office immediately so it can be dealt with. Unfortunately compensation will not be given after your departure if no complaint has been received and therefore we have had no opportunity to assist during your break. This is clearly stated in our terms and conditions which are agreed to at the time of booking.

  • How can I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

    To unsubscribe simply click on the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the top of any communications.

  • Where am I permitted to smoke?

    All of our cottages and lodges are non-smoking, there are however areas and seating outside where smoking is permitted.

  • Emergency & useful numbers?

    We will email a full information pack detailing information on our site and the local areas, here will be detailed our contact numbers, for out of hours emergency’s please contact the emergency number stated on our answering machine.

  • Do I need cancellation insurance and do you offer it?

    We recommend that you take out insurance. Most high street insurers will provide it. We can offer this service when booking directly, it is prepared by a third party.

  • What if we need to change our booking?

    Where possible and if available we will let you change your booking to another date or cottage, this is at our discretion. Please be aware however that there could be a difference in price. Our full terms and conditions can be found on the website.
